Variator and CVT Parts
	UNI GY6 VARIATOR (115mm diameter) These sliding roller variators are the latest design using extra strength nylon sliding weights instead of the rolling type. The kit includes the spacer, fan, variator & ramp cover. DOES NOT INCLUDE WEIGHTS (purchase separately). 	PFS GY6 COMPLETE VARIATOR Includes fan, variator, inner plate and spacer. ORDER	ROLLER WEIGHTS For replacement of 18mm x 14mm rollers. Available in 9 to 14 gram weights. These will work with GY6 engines found in the Chinese scooters using this size weight. Most units with a Chinese GY6 engine can be altered for improved acceleration with weight tuning. ORDER
		GY6 OUTER VARIATOR FAN ORDER
	KEVLAR DRIVE BELTS The most common belt size is 835-20-30 & will replace the 842-20-30 stock belt on many 150's that use the 10 bolt CVT cover. Chinese belts often fail at as little as 1500 km! This is an easy upgrade that will take under an hour. 743 length Kevlar belts for the 8 bolt CVT are also available on the order page ORDER	NON KEVLAR BELTS These are non Kevlar replacement belts for 842 or 835-20-30 length belts. Electrical Parts
	MRP or NGK SPARK PLUGS 150cc 10mm Thread 12.7mm Reach (1/2") Resistor Type Spark Plugs. Everyone should have a spare plug on hand. CR7HNS Sold Each. OEM Type plugs also available. 	H4 HEADLAMP BULB High/Low Beam 12V bulbs. Available in either OEM type 18/18W or the brighter 35/35W. See and be seen day or night with brighter bulbs. ORDER	SMALL TYPE HEAD LAMP BULB These are the small type headlamp bulbs in 18/18 wattage. Dual contacts to fit some smaller frame scooters. ORDER

	TIMING ADVANCE KEY This is an offset key that will replace the OEM key in your GY6 to advance the ignition timing for improved performance. ORDER	REPLACEMENT STATOR ASSY Complete 8 coil assembly. 4 pin connector (3 wires) plus two separate bullet connection wires, often called a 3+2 stator. ORDER

	CARB BOWL SCREWS These are socket head screws to replace the cheap bowl screws on your carb. Avoid the stripped heads and replace them when you install new jets. Sold in sets of 4 stainless screws with washers. ORDER	CARBURETOR JETS The stock GY6 jetting is pretty lean on the 24mm Walbro/Keihin carbs. These main jets are slightly larger to allow better flow when you add performance items such as a low restriction air filter or exhaust system. A 114 or 115 main jet is generally a great improvement for a stock 150cc engine using the standard carb. Main jets are sold individually. ORDER

	OEM EXHAUST GASKETS Small Round Gasket (Fits most 150cc GY6) 22mm ID 30mm OD 5mm thick ORDER	GY6 OVAL TYPE EXHAUST GASKET 30mm opening diameter, 50mm stud centers. Most 150's use the small round gasket, but these seal much better than the OEM type. ORDER
